CHARTER RESOLUTION 88-CR-l

A Resolution of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar Manor,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland and Sections 12 and 13
of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1987
Replacement Volume) to amend in its entirety Sections 16-1
through 16-60 of the Charter of the Town of Colmar Manor to
recodify and reenact the Charter of the Town of Colmar Manor.

[Section 16-1 through 16-60 of the Charter of the Town of
Colmar Manor, Prince George's County, as found in the compilation
of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.

Section 101 through 1006 of the Charter of the Town of
Colmar Manor, Prince George's County, as found in the compilation
of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION - 88-1

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF COTTAGE CITY,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957) Edition, as amended) to amend
the Charter of the said town, said charter being Subtitle 17 of
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963
Edition, as amended), which article contains in whole or in part
the Charter of the Town of Cottage City, by repealing and
re-enacting with amendments Section 26 of said Charter.

amendments.
