RESOLUTION NO. 163

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Charter of the Town of Centreville
be amended as follows:

Strike Sub-paragraph R and S of Section 10, Description of
Corporate Boundaries, of the Charter of the Town of Centreville
in its entirety and substitute new language to reflect the
annexation of 3 tracts of land by Res. No. 158, effective
12-20-87, that were previously described in Section 105.

[Section 104(r) and (s) of the Charter of the Town of
Centreville, Queen Anne's County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Section 104(t), (u), (v), (w), (x), and (y) of the Charter
of the Town of Centreville, Queen Anne's County, as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
added.

Section 105 of the Charter of the Town of Centreville, Queen
Anne's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters
of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.

Effective Date August 26, 1988]

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF CHESAPEAKE BEACH adopted
pursuant to authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of
Maryland (1981 Replacement Volume and 1987 Supplement) and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1987
Replacement Volume and 1987 Supplement), to amend the Charter of
Chesapeake Beach, being formerly Sections 18-101 to 18-1307,
