RESOLUTION 7-88

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BRUNSWICK
BY REPEALING SECTION 16-74-BONDS.

[Section 16-74 of the Charter of the Town of Brunswick,
Frederick County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.

Effective Date June 29, 1988]

UNNUMBERED RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by The Commissioners of Cambridge that

enlargement of the corporate boundaries be, and it is hereby

proposed to be accomplished by annexation of the area included
within two parcels of land.

[Section 3-2.1 of the Charter of the City of Cambridge,
Dorchester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

CENTREVILLE

RESOLUTION NO. 159

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Charter of the Town of Centreville
be amended as follows:

Section 1205(3) of the Charter of the Town of Centreville is
hereby amended by adding the words "which are either
securities issued by municipalities in the United States,
provided said securities are rated "A" or better by Moody's or if
the aforesaid time deposits or certificate of deposits are
insured to their fill amounts by the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation."
