WHEREAS, in order to create such an at-large Council, it
will be necessary to amend several provisions of the Charter of
the Town of Brentwood.

BE IT RESOLVED, that The Charter of the Town of Brentwood be
amended.

[Sections 201 and 509.1 of the Charter of the Town of
Brentwood, Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.

Effective Date March 28, 1989]
