(4)  THE ANNUAL FEE FOR A CLASS B BEER, WINE AND
LIQUOR LICENSE UNDER THIS SUBSECTION IS $2,000.

(5)  ON SUNDAY, THE HOLDER IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THE
LICENSE TO SELL:                                                                                             

(I)  BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR FOR CONSUMPTION
ON-PREMISES TO A CUSTOMER:

1.   IF THE CUSTOMER IS SEATED AT A TABLE
AND NOT AT A BAR OR ON A BAR STOOL;

2.   IF THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IS A
SUPPLEMENT TO THE CUSTOMER'S MEAL; AND

3.   IF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES DOES NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE MEAL; AND

(II)  ONLY BEER AND LIGHT WINE FOR CONSUMPTION
OFF PREMISES.

21.

(a) A Class D beer, wine and liquor license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located. It authorizes the holder to keep
for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at retail at the place
described in it, for consumption on the premises or elsewhere. A
license may not be issued for any drugstore. The annual fee for
the license is $500, except as hereinafter provided, and shall be
payed to the clerk before any license is issued, for distribution
as hereinafter provided.

[(h) In Kent County the annual fee for the license is
$1,500. Provided that in Kent County, a person under the age of
21 years is not permitted in the tavern or on the premises
wherein liquor is sold under a Class D license.]

(H) (1) THE KENT COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY
ISSUE A CLASS D BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE.

(2)  THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $1,500.

(3)  ON SUNDAY, IN ADDITION TO THE ON-SALE LICENSE
PRIVILEGE, A LICENSEE MAY SELL ONLY BEER AND LIGHT WINE FOR
OFF-PREMISES CONSUMPTION.

(4)  A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS IS NOT
PERMITTED IN A TAVERN OR ON THE LICENSED PREMISES OF A KENT
COUNTY CLASS D BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENT.
