The hours specified in §§ 83 to 85, inclusive, of this
article, shall apply except as modified by §§ 86 to 105,
inclusive, of this article.

83.

(d) (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by
a Class D beer license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock
a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.

(4) In Kent County the hours [shall be from 6 o'clock
a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m.] OF SALE ARE AS PROVIDED UNDER § 101 OF
THIS ARTICLE.

84.

(g) In Kent County, the hours for exercising the privileges
conferred by a seven day, Class A (off-sale) beer and light wine
license are[:

(1)  Six days--6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following
day.

(2)  Sunday--9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following day]
AS PROVIDED UNDER § 101 OF THIS ARTICLE.

85.

(c)  (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by
a Class C beer, wine and liquor license may be exercised shall be
from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m. the day following.

(3)   In Kent County the hours [shall be from 12 noon
to 2 a.m. the following day] OF SALE ARE AS PROVIDED UNDER § 101
OF THIS ARTICLE.

(d)  (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by
a Class D beer, wine and liquor license may be exercised shall be
from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.

(3) In Caroline County the hours shall be from 6 a.m.
Monday through Saturday until 1 a.m. the following day (including
Sunday). In Baltimore [and Kent counties] COUNTY the hours shall
be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m.

86.

(c) In Kent County[, as to] THE HOURS OF SALE UNDER Classes
B and D (on-sale) beer, wine and liquor licenses[, this section
shall be applicable between the hours of 1 a.m. on Sunday and 6
a.m. on Monday and between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on the
