AN ACT concerning

Kent County - Alcoholic Beverages Licensure

FOR the purpose of revising certain retail alcoholic beverages
licensure provisions applicable to Kent County to conform
with current hours of sale practices in the County;
repealing certain contradictory alcoholic beverages
licensure provisions; restating and clarifying certain
licensure provisions; repealing a certain penalty and
providing for a general penalty for alcoholic beverages
licensure violators in Kent County; and generally relating
to alcoholic beverages licensure in Kent County.
