STUDENT MEMBER appointed by the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore.

(B) ONE OF THE MEMBERS (1) THE STUDENT MEMBER SHALL BE A
NONVOTING STUDENT MEMBER FULL TIME AND IN GOOD STANDING AT THE
COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF BALTIMORE CITY.

(2) THE STUDENT MEMBER SHALL BE A NONVOTING MEMBER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

Governments; and generally relating to the Baltimore
Regional Council of Governments.
