(3) RENEW THE LICENSEE'S LICENSE TO PRACTICE NURSING
IN THIS STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Board of Community College Trustees

FOR the purpose of altering the membership of the Board of
Community College Trustees for Baltimore City; providing for
a nonvoting student member; and generally relating to the
membership of the Board of Community College Trustees for
Baltimore City.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Preamble

WHEREAS, The intent of this bill is to increase the
membership of the Board of Community College Trustees for
Baltimore City, which now has 7 regular members and 1 student
member, by the addition of 2 regular members; now, therefore,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Education

16-502.

(A) The Board of Community College Trustees for Baltimore
City [shall be] CONSISTS OF 10 MEMBERS 9 REGULAR MEMBERS AND 1
