(1)  A SPECIAL 2-DAY CLASS C LICENSE FOR A FEE OF $50;

(d) (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by
a Class D beer license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock
a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.

(2) In Caroline County the hours shall be from 6 a.m.
Monday through Saturday until 1 a.m. the following day (including
Sunday).

[(3) In Garrett County the hours shall be from 7
o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.]

o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m.

from 9 o'clock a.m. on any day to 1 o'clock a.m. on the day

In Prince George's County the hours shall

In Garrett County, notwithstanding any other provisions of
this subtitle and except on Sundays and New Year's Day, holders
of any class OF ON- OR OFF-SALE licenses issued under this
article, including a holder of a Class E steamboat license issued
by the State Comptroller's Office for use on all State waters
located within Garrett County, MAY SELL THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
AUTHORIZED UNDER THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSE FROM 6 A.M. TO 2 A.M.
THE FOLLOWING DAY, BUT may not sell alcoholic beverages between
the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on any day of the week or at any
time on Sunday after 2 a.m. However, this section is subject to
the provisions of § 89(j) of this article regarding sales on New
Year's Eve or New Year's Day regardless of the day of the week on
which December 31 and January 1 fall.
