subsection, must provide a commitment from a lender to finance
necessary improvements to make the building structurally sound.

(d) The terms and provisions for indoor plumbing loans
shall satisfy the requirements of § 2-303(g) except that, in the
case of owner-occupied units, for families of limited income
whose incomes are lower than the income limits established in §
2-303(g)(3)(i), the Department may forgive the payment of all or
a portion of a deferred payment loan, if the Secretary determines
that the families of such lower incomes served by these loans do
not have sufficient income to repay all or a portion of the
principal amount of a loan.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Zoning Authority -
Municipal Corporations
MC/PG 32-89

FOR the purpose of giving certain municipal corporations in
Prince George's County concurrent authority to enforce
zoning laws within their corporate limits; requiring a
municipal corporation, before exercising the authority to
enforce zoning laws within its corporate limits, to enter
into a certain agreement with the County Executive; and
making technical and stylistic changes.
