(c) The term of the training program shall be:

(1)  at least 9 consecutive months for a day school
student;

(2)  at least 18 consecutive months for a night school
student; and

(3)  the period of time that a county board of
education sets for a public [vocational] school student in the
county.

A CHANGE IN THE OWNERSHIP OF A COSMETOLOGY SCHOOL MAY NOT BE
CONSIDERED EFFECTIVE FOR PURPOSES OF ENFORCING THIS TITLE UNTIL
THE BOARD IS GIVEN NOTICE OF THE CHANGE.

(e) (2) A subpoena issued under this subsection shall be
served by:

(i) certified mail; or

(ii) the sheriff of the county where the person
to be served resides OR HAS A PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS.

5-610.

(a) [(1)] Except as provided in [paragraph (2) of this]
subsection (B) OF THIS SECTION, a school of cosmetology may not
allow a student to practice cosmetology on the public.

[(2)] (B) A school of cosmetology may allow a student
to practice cosmetology in accordance with § 5-302 or § 5-303 of
this title.

[(b) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this
subsection, a school of cosmetology may not advertise prices for
services of students.

(2) A school of cosmetology may post in the school
building a list of prices for services of students.]
