(1)  meets the renewal requirements of § 5-316 of this
subtitle; [and]

(2)  passes the examination required by the Board; AND

(3)  PAYS TO THE BOARD A REINSTATEMENT FEE OF $50, IN
ADDITION TO THE RENEWAL FEE REQUIRED UNDER § 5-316 OF THIS
SUBTITLE.

(e) (2) A subpoena issued under this subsection shall be
served by:

(i) certified mail; or

(ii) the sheriff of the county where the person
to be served resides OR HAS A PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS.

5-407.

(a)  Subject to the hearing provisions of § 5-408 of this
subtitle, the Board may deny registration as a student or
apprentice to any applicant, reprimand any individual registered
as a student or apprentice, or suspend or revoke the registration
of an individual:

(1)  for any applicable ground under § 5-320 of this
title;

(2)   if the applicant or individual fraudulently or
deceptively obtains or attempts to obtain registration for the
applicant or individual or for another; or

(3)  if the applicant or individual fraudulently or
deceptively uses a certificate of registration.

(b)   Instead of or in addition to suspending or revoking
[the] A registration [of a student], the Board may impose a
penalty not exceeding $500.
