SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

14.

(a) A Class B beer and light wine license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell beer and light wines at retail
at any hotel or restaurant, at the place therein described, for
consumption on the premises or elsewhere. The annual fee for the
license shall be $60, and shall be payable to the clerk, before
any license is issued, for distribution as herein provided.

(g-1) (1) (i) In this subsection, the term "guest" means
persons whose names and addresses appear on the registry that is
maintained by the establishment.

(ii) The term "guests" does not include persons
who are registered solely for the purpose of obtaining alcoholic
beverages.

(2)  The Harford County liquor control board may issue
a 7-day special Class B (inn) on-sale beer and light wine
license.

(3)  To qualify for this license the applicant's
establishment shall:

(i) Be an historic structure;
