Ch. 530
(1) May adopt regulations to require radon testing
facilities to send test results to the Department; and
(2) May not disclose, in response to a request from
the public for the name of a radon testing facility, the name of
a radon tester that is not a listed facility.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public health and safety, has been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to each
of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect
from the date it is enacted.

AN ACT concerning
Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages - Catering Licenses
FOR the purpose of altering the annual license fee for a special
Class B (inn) alcoholic beverages license in Harford County
and permitting these licensees to sell certain alcoholic
beverages for on-premises consumption at events catered by
the licensee; permitting the licensee to contract with
patrons to permit them to bring personal alcoholic beverages
onto the premises of the caterer for consumption at the
catered event providing for a certain condition; requiring
the Liquor Control Board to adopt certain regulations
concerning the use of the license; requiring food to be
served at catered events where alcoholic beverages are
provided; and generally relating to special Class B (inn)
alcoholic beverages licenses in Harford County and providing
alcoholic beverages at catered events altering a certain
restriction on the issuance of any alcoholic beverages
licenses in Harford County to establishments that are
located within a certain distance from a public or nonpublic
school in a municipal corporation in Harford County;
permitting the transfer of an alcoholic beverages license
issued for use in a business in Harford County if the
business is sold to a different owner; specifying certain
transfer requirements; providing for a transfer charge under
certain circumstances; permitting the transferee to continue
to operate under the license without certain additional
charges until the expiration of the license; providing for a
