(ii) Be approved by the appropriate governing
authority to operate as an inn;

(iii) Have a minimum of 4 rooms but no more
than 10 rooms, excluding the resident management quarters, which
the public, for consideration, may use for sleeping
accommodations for a specified period of time;

(iv) Have a seated dining capacity of not more
that 40; and

(v) Have a kitchen facility that has been
approved by the local governing authority.

(4)  The holder of a 7-day special Class B (inn)
license may sell only in conjunction with a meal beer and light
wine to guests for consumption on the premises during the days
and hours established for a Class B on-sale beer and wine license
for Harford County under this article.

(5)  The annual fee for a 7-day special Class B (inn)
license is ($450] $750 $950.

(6)  The Harford County liquor control board may adopt
additional regulations consistent with this subsection.

(7)  If an establishment ceases to be operated as an
inn, the 7-day special Class B (inn) license shall be void.

(8)  (I) THE SPECIAL CLASS B (INN) LICENSE ALSO
AUTHORIZES THE HOLDER TO KEEP FOR SALE AND SELL BEER AND WINE ,
WINE, AND LIQUOR
FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION DURING CATERED
EVENTS THAT ARE CATERED BY THE LICENSEE AT THE INN ESTABLISHMENT
IF THE LICENSEE IS UNDER CONTRACT TO CATER THE EVENT.

(II)  FOOD SHALL BE SERVED AT ALL CATERED EVENTS
WHERE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROVIDED OR SOLD.

(III)  THE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD SHALL ADOPT
REGULATIONS TO ENSURE THAT THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL
CLASS B (INN) LICENSE IS NOT THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT
CATERED EVENTS TO PERMIT THE LICENSEE TO OPERATE AS AN HISTORIC
INN.

52A.

(a) (1) Except as provided in paragraphs (2), (3), and (4)
of this subsection, in Harford County, the board of license
commissioners may not approve any license to sell alcoholic
beverages within 300 feet of any church or other place of worship
or within 1,000 feet of any public school building. This section
does not affect any license existing on July 1, 1975. The board
may not approve any license to sell alcoholic beverages within
