SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 83B - Department of Housing and Community Development

4-101.

(A)  There is a Division of Community Assistance as an
organizational unit within the Department of Housing and
Community Development.

(B)  THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE INCLUDES:

(1)  THE COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATION;

(2)  THE NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES FUND;

(3)  THE COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM;

(4)  THE APPALACHIAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM;
