Ch. 340

ALL JUDGES WHO ARE MEMBERS OF A PENSION PLAN UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A PRERETIREMENT COUNSELING
SERVICE REGARDING PENSION BENEFITS. WITH THE CONSENT OF THE
RETIREE, THE COUNSELING ALSO SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO THE RETIREE'S
SPOUSE OR MEMBERS OF THE RETIREE'S IMMEDIATE FAMILY.

104.

ALL MEMBERS OF THIS RETIREMENT SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
A PRERETIREMENT COUNSELING SERVICE REGARDING RETIREMENT BENEFITS.
WITH THE CONSENT OF THE RETIREE, THE COUNSELING ALSO SHALL BE
AVAILABLE TO THE RETIREE'S SPOUSE OR MEMBERS OF THE RETIREE'S
IMMEDIATE FAMILY.

129.

All [State employees under] MEMBERS OF this pension system
shall be provided with a preretirement counseling service
regarding pension benefits. With the consent of the retiree, the
counseling also shall be available to [his] THE RETIREE'S spouse
or members of [his] THE RETIREE'S immediate family.

155A.

ALL MEMBERS OF THIS PENSION SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A
PRERETIREMENT COUNSELING SERVICE REGARDING PENSION BENEFITS.
WITH THE CONSENT OF THE RETIREE, THE COUNSELING ALSO SHALL BE
AVAILABLE TO THE RETIREE'S SPOUSE OR MEMBERS OF THE RETIREE'S
IMMEDIATE FAMILY.

156.

(F) ALL CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS AND MAXIMUM SECURITY
ATTENDANTS AT THE CLIFTON T. PERKINS HOSPITAL CENTER SHALL BE
PROVIDED WITH A PRERETIREMENT COUNSELING SERVICE REGARDING
RETIREMENT BENEFITS. WITH THE CONSENT OF THE RETIREE, THE
COUNSELING ALSO SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO THE RETIREE'S SPOUSE OR
MEMBERS OF THE RETIREE'S IMMEDIATE FAMILY.

Article 88B - State Police

62A.

ALL MEMBERS OF THIS RETIREMENT SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH

WITH THE CONSENT OF THE RETIREE, THE COUNSELING ALSO SHALL BE

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.
