AN ACT concerning

Vital Records - Fees for Copies

FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene to collect certain fees for certain copies of birth,
death, fetal death, and marriage certificates; authorizing a
person to use a photocopy of a birth, death, fetal death, or
marriage certificate for certain purposes; eliminating a
certain termination date concerning collection of certain
fees for certain copies of birth, death, fetal death, and
marriage certificates by the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene; providing for the uses of certain revenue; and
requiring the Department to report to the General Assembly
by a certain date.
