(iii) $200 for a 28-foot-draft limited license;
and

(4) submits to the Board a renewal application on the
form that the Board provides.

15-312.

(a) If an applicant qualifies for a license under this
subtitle, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states
that:

(1)  the applicant has qualified for a license; and

(2)  the Board will issue a license to the applicant,
on receipt of a license fee of:

(i) [$30] $150 for a license to practice land
surveying; and

(ii) $20 for a license to practice property
line surveying.

(c) Before a license expires, the licensee periodically may
renew it for an additional 2-year term, if the licensee:

(1)  otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  pays to the Board a renewal fee of:

(i) [$90] $150 for a license to practice land
surveying; or

(ii) [$80] $100 for a license to practice
property line surveying; and

(3)  submits to the Board a renewal application on the
form that the Board provides.

15-315.

(a) The Board shall reinstate the license of an individual
who, for any reason, has failed to renew the license if the
individual:

(1)  applies to the Board for reinstatement within 2
years after the license expires;

(2)  meets the renewal requirements of § 15-314 of
this subtitle; and
