(3) pays to the Board a reinstatement fee of [$10, in
addition to the renewal fee required under § 15-314 of this
subtitle] $200 FOR PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYORS AND $150 FOR
PROPERTY LINE SURVEYORS.

15-403.

An applicant for a permit shall:

(1)  submit to the Board an application on the form
that the Board provides; and

(2)  pay to the Board an application fee of [$50]
$150.

15-406.

(c) Before a permit expires, the permit holder periodically
may renew it for an additional 2-year term, if the holder:

(1)  submits to the Board a renewal application on the
form that the Board provides; and

(2)  pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$120] $150.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 1 of
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1989 and remain in effect
until the taking effect of Section 2.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of
this Act shall take effect October 1, 1989, contingent on the

taking effect of Chapter ____ (S.B. 1) of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1989. However, if Chapter ____ does not become

effective, then Section 2 of this Act may not take effect and
shall be null and void without the necessity of further action by
the General Assembly.
