(1)  otherwise is entitled to hold the permit;

(2)  pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$20] $50; and

(3)  submits to the Board a renewal application on the
form that the Board provides.

(b)  (1) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection,
the fee for a school permit is [$50] $100.

(2) The Board may prorate the fee for the initial
term of a school permit.

11-406.

(a) If an applicant qualifies for a license under this
subtitle, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states
that:

(1)  the applicant has qualified for a license; and

(2)   the Board will issue the appropriate license to
an applicant on receipt of a license fee of:

(i) [$400] $600 for a license other than a
limited license;

(ii) $300 for a 34-foot-draft limited license;
or

(iii) $200 for a 28-foot-draft limited license.

11-408.

(c)  Before a license expires, the license periodically may
renew it for an additional 2-year term, if the licensee:

(1) applies for renewal in April on May of the year
in which the license is due to expire, unless the Board in its
discretion allows otherwise;

(2) otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(3) pays to the Board a renewal fee of:

(i) [$400] $600 for a license other than a
limited license;

(ii) $300 for a 34-foot-draft limited license;
