4-311.

(c)  Before a license expires, the licensee periodically may
renew it for an additional 2-year term, if the licensee:

(1)  otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  pays to the Board a renewal fee of:

(i) [$20] $40 for a master barber license;

(ii) $50 for a barber teacher license;

(iii) $20 for an assistant barber teacher
license; or

(iv) $10 for an assistant-barber license; and

(3)  submits to the Board a renewal application on the
form that the Board provides.

4-312.

(d)  Before a journey barber license expires, the licensee
periodically may renew it for an additional 2-year term, if the
licensee:

(1)  otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$20] $25; and

(3)  submits to the Board a renewal application on the
form that the Board provides.

4-503.

(a) An applicant for a barbershop permit shall:

(1)  submit to the Board an application on the form
that the Board provides; and

(2)  pay to the Board:

(i) an application fee of [$10] $50; and

(ii) a pre-opening inspection fee of $30.

4-506.

(c) Before a barbershop permit expires, the barbershop
permit holder periodically may renew it for an additional 2-year
term, if the holder:
