Article 74 - Pilots

(d) For a license or license renewal, every pilot licensed
shall pay to the Board of Examiners one of the following fees:

$600; or

(1)  For vessels of any draught of water - [$400]

(2)  For vessels not exceeding 34 feet draught - $300;
or

(3)  For vessels not exceeding 28 feet draught - $200.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

Article - Business Occupations

4-309.

(a) If an applicant qualifies for a license under this
subtitle, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states
that:

(1)  the applicant has qualified for a license; and

(2)   the Board will issue the license to the
applicant, on receipt of a license fee of:

(i) [$10] $40 for a master barber license;

(ii) [$10] $25 for a journey barber license;

(iii) $25 for a barber teacher license;

(iv) $10 for an assistant barber teacher

license; or

(v) $10 for an assistant-barber license.
