Section 150(b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

150.

(b) In Charles County, the Board of County Commissioners
shall appoint three persons, designating one of them as chairman,
who shall constitute the board of license commissioners for said
county; the first members of said board to be appointed for one,
two and three year terms, respectively, and their successors
thereafter for terms of [three] FOUR years each; and said board
shall meet at least once a month.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.
