§ 2-201 of the Code)] (§ 6-201 OF THE BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS
ARTICLE);

(15)  State Board of Plumbing [(Article 56A, § 3-201
of the Code)] (§ 12-201 OF THE BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE);

(16)  State Board [of Registration] for Professional
Engineers [(Article 75 1/2, § 3 of the Code)] (§ 14-201 OF THE
BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE);

(17)  State Board [of Registration] for Professional
Land Surveyors [(Article 56, § 331 of the Code)] (§ 15-201 OF THE
BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE);

(19)  State Board of Environmental Sanitarian
Registration (§ 11-201 of the Environment Article); AND

(20)  State Health Resources Planning Commission (§
19-103 of the Health - General Article)[; and

(21)  Maryland Statewide Electrical Licensing Board (§
532 of Article 56) ] .

(d) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1993, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:

(7)  State Board of [Registration for] Foresters
[(Article 56, § 301 of the Code)] (§ 7-201 OF THE BUSINESS
OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE);

(8)   [the] Office for Handicapped Individuals (§
9-1102 of the State Government Article);

(9)  STATE Board of Examiners for Hearing Aid Dealers
[(Article 56, § 523 of the Code)] (§ 8-201 OF THE BUSINESS
OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE);

(11)  State Board of Law Examiners [(Article 10, § 2
of the Code)] (§ 10-201 OF THE BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE);
