circumstances shall the surety be entitled to reimbursement from
the Real Estate Guaranty Fund.
13-101.
(i) "Surveyor" means any professional land surveyor
licensed [to practice land surveying] under [Article 56 of the
Code] THE MARYLAND PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYORS ACT.
14-111.
(a) Each [person] INDIVIDUAL licensed to practice land
surveying or property line surveying under [Article 56 of the
Code] THE MARYLAND PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYORS ACT shall use the
type of stake, marker, monument, or other landmark designated by
the STATE Board [of] FOR Professional Land Surveyors.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1990, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:
(2) STATE Board of [Barber Examiners (Article 56, §
428 of the Code)] BARBERS (§ 4-201 OF THE BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS
ARTICLE);
(3) State Board of Cosmetologists [(Article 56, § 489
of the Code)] (§ 5-201 OF THE BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE);
(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1991, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:
(10) State Real Estate Commission [(Article 56A, §
4-201 of the Code)] (§ 16-201 OF THE BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS
ARTICLE);
(11) Real Estate Hearing Board [(Article 56A, § 4-326
of the Code)] (§ 16-325 OF THE BUSINESS OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE);
(c) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1992, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:
