Marshal and include the information in its analyses] EACH LOCAL
LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY AND THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL SHALL PROVIDE
THE DEPARTMENT THE INFORMATION DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS
SUBSECTION.

(3) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ADOPT PROCEDURES FOR THE
COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH (1)
OF THIS SUBSECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants -
Licensing - Continuing Education

FOR the purpose of authorizing the State Board of Physical
Therapy Examiners to adopt regulations establishing
continuing education requirements as a condition for renewal
of a physical therapist license or a physical therapist
assistant's license.
