SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

(D) THE BOARD MAY ADOPT REGULATIONS TO ESTABLISH CONTINUING
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AS A CONDITION FOR THE RENEWAL OF LICENSES
UNDER THIS SECTION.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.
