REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 56, §
432(c), § 432A(a)(2) and (3), the second sentence of §
431(a), the first sentence and first clause of the
second sentence of § 436(b), and, as it related to the
grant of authority under a license, the second
sentence of § 435.

In subsections (b) and (e)(1) of this section, the
references to a "barbershop that holds a barbershop
permit" are substituted for the former references to
a "regularly operated barbershop" and "licensed
