Occurred: As a result of Ch. 758, Acts of 1988, which
abolished the Governor's Advisory Council on
Alcoholism Control and the Governor's Advisory Council
on Drug Abuse and replaced them with the State
Advisory Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.

10-108.

(a) The Administration shall:

(2)  maintain a central registry of records on absent
parents as required under [§ 12-104] § 12-105 of this article;

Error: Obsolete cross-reference in § 10-108(a)(2) of
the Family Law Article.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 338, Acts of 1988 which
renumbered § 12-104 of the Family Law Article to be §
12-105.

10-113.

(f) The State Comptroller shall:

(3)  notify the obligor of:

(ii) the rights of the obligor under
[subsection (h)] SUBSECTION (G) of this section.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Erroneous internal reference in §
10-113(f)(3)(ii) of the Family Law Article.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 595, Acts of 1988 which
renumbered old subsection (h) to be present subsection

(g).

10-120.

(d) Any support order or modification of support order that
is passed on or after July 1, 1985, and any notice and statement
issued under [paragraph (b)(2)] SUBSECTION (B)(2) of this section
shall include a statement that:

(1) if the obligor accumulates support payments
arrears amounting to more than 30 days of support, the obligor
shall be subject to earnings withholding;
