(2)  the obligor is required to notify the court
within 10 days of any change of address or employment so long as
the support order is in effect; and

proceedings for earnings withholding.

Error: Misnomer in § 14-101(c) of the Family Law
Article.

Occurred: Ch. 148, Acts of 1985. The term used in §
13-101(d) of the Estates and Trusts Article is
"disabled person".

5-903.

(c) (1) (i) Acquire or commence construction of a facility
meeting the requirements of subparagraphs (ii) through (iv) of
this paragraph and located within an enterprise zone designated
under Article [41A] 83A, § 5-302 of the Code;

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Obsolete cross-reference in § 5-903(c)(1)(i)

of the Financial Institutions Article.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 6, Acts of 1988, which
transferred and renumbered Article 41A to be Article
83A. Correction by the Michie Company in the
Cumulative Supplement to the 1986 Replacement Volume
of the Financial Institutions Article is validated by
this Act.
