AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Police Mutual Aid

FOR the purpose of authorizing policy mutual aid agreements

and providing for the furnishing of police personnel and

equipment to other counties, municipal corporations or

jurisdictions beyond the territorial limits of the county under

certain circumstances; and validating and continuing certain
existing agreements.

Effective Date December 14, 1987.

OF JAIL", AND 16-5, "LIVING QUARTERS FOR SHERIFF" OF THE TALBOT
COUNTY CODE AND TO CREATE IN LIEU THEREOF A DEPARTMENT OF
CORRECTION, ADMINISTERED BY A DIRECTOR, AND TO TRANSFER THE
COUNTY JAIL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION.

ZONE AS A PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USE.
