AN ACT concerning

Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems

FOR the purpose of requiring the installation of fire
sprinkler systems in certain residential construction; providing
dates after which installation of fire sprinkler systems is
required in residential construction; and permitting reductions
in certain construction requirements when sprinkler systems are
provided in certain residential buildings.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 4. BUILDING.

Section 4-154,

The Prince George's County Code

(1983 Edition, 1986 Supplement).

Effective Date January 26, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Day Care

FOR the purpose of requiring a lessee to notify the owner of
the premises when the lessee files an application for:
registration of a family day care home; a license for a day care
center for adults; or a license for a day care center for the
elderly and providing a penalty for the failure to make such
notifications.

BY adding:

SUBTITLE 5. BUSINESSES AND LICENSES.
Section 5-130, 5-131, and 5-132,
The Prince George's County Code
(1983 Edition, 1986 Supplement).

Effective Date January 26, 1988.
