PROPERTY, AS AUTHORIZED BY STATUTE, ARTICLE 21, § 6-6.1, SETTING
FORTH THE TAX RATE, CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS, METHODS OF CALCULATIONS,
PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION OF SAME, AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATION.

BILL 2 - 1987

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "Zoning", amending the map entitled "Wicomico County
Zoning Map" referred to in Section 76 of said Chapter, to rezone
certain property on the Southerly side of and binding upon Booth
Street, and on the Westerly of and binding upon West Road,
adjacent to the Wicomico Nursing Home property on the West and
the State Road Administration Property on the South, owned by the
Estate of Ella W. Parson, from Industrial to R-15 Residential
District.

Effective Date March 3, 1987.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 149 of the Wicomico County Code,
titled "Floodplain Management" by repealing and reenacting with
amendments certain portions of said Chapter 149, and more
specifically Section 143-1, titled "Definitions" and Section
149-3, titled "Development Regulations";

Effective Date June 15, 1987.
