AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Refuse Collection and Disposal

FOR the purpose of amending those provisions in the County
Code which relate to the extension of existing refuse collection
contracts; amending those provisions which limit the percentage
of residences served by one refuse collection company,
corporation, firm or individual; and providing for the
negotiation of refuse collection contracts under certain
circumstances.

BY adding:

SUBTITLE 21. REFUSE.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
