AN ACT concerning

The Establishment of the Airport Zoning Commission
of Prince George's County, Maryland

FOR the purpose of designating the Prince George's County
Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission as the Airport Zoning Commission, empowering the
Airport Zoning Commission to recommend rules and regulations, to
authorize the issuance of permits, and to suggest boundaries for,
and otherwise regulate activities within, an Airport District
Overlay Zone.
