Perryville, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XIE of

Volume), for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of said
Town by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and
adjoining the existing corporate area.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1-87

A RESOLUTION to amend the Charter to allow non-resident
property owners to vote in the Town of Pittsville, Maryland.

WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Town of     Pittsville,

Maryland, desire to amend the Charter of the Town of     Pittsville,

Maryland, to allow non-resident property owners     to vote in
municipal elections.

[Section(s) PC-22 of the Charter of the Town of Pittsville,
Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
