A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL

OF POCOMOKE CITY, MARYLAND

TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF

POCOMOKE CITY, MARYLAND

REGARDING MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF POCOMOKE
CITY, MARYLAND, that Charter Section C-6 (Meetings of the
Council) of the Code of Pocomoke City, Maryland (1968 Edition) is
hereby repealed in its entirety and reenacted with amendments as
follows:

[Section(s) C-6 of the City of the Town of Pocomoke City,
Worcester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date October 28, 1987]
