RESOLUTION
Subject: Amendment Number 2 to the original (1985) Charter of
Incorporation for the Village of Martin's Additions -
to change the required date for elections
(Section(s) 602 of the Charter of the Village of Martin's
Additions, Montgomery County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date February 27, 1987]
RESOLUTION
Subject: Amendment Number 3 to the original (1985) Charter of
Incorporation for the Village of Martin's Additions
to eliminate the requirement that the number of
candidates for the Village Council must exceed the
number of positions to be filled.

reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 87-2
CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 87-1
Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Morningside Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of
Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957
edition, as amended, entitled "Corporations - Municipal", and
such amendment to modify the section dealing with vacancies in
the Council to (1) repeal and re-enact Section 52-11, "Vacancies
in Council", and Section 52-28, "Nominations".
