LOCATED IN THE NORTHEASTERLY QUADRANT OF U.S. ROUTE 1 AND CHERRY
LANE CONSISTING OF 4.0967 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND FOR THE
PLACING OF SAID PROPERTIES IN THE C-G ZONE.

George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal

4.0682 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND FOR THE PLACING OF SAID
PROPERTIES IN THE RTP ZONE.
