FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the Town of La Plata
to provide that meetings of the Town Council shall be open to
the public except under certain circumstances; and all matters
related thereto.

THE ADDITION THEREOF OF SECTION NO. 224, ENTITLED FIRST 1987
ANNEXATION, PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEASTERLY QUADRANT OF U.S. ROUTE 1 AND CHERRY
LANE, CONSISTING OF 4.55 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND FOR THE PLACING
OF SAID PROPERTIES IN THE C-G ZONE.
