MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

Corporate Boundaries of the City of Cumberland and thereby amend
the Charter of the City of Cumberland.

[Lots 3 and 4 Woodland Acres Subdivision, Section 1]

[Section(s) 2(c) of the Charter of the City of Cumberland,
Allegany County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date October 31, 1987]

EASTON

(Talbot County)

RESOLUTION NO. 5042

WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation has been filed by William
N. and Doris S. Favinger, pursuant to Section 19, Article 23A,
Annotated Code of Maryland; and,

WHEREAS, the Town of Easton has verified that the area
proposed to be annexed pursuant to said Petition is in fact
contiguous and adjacent to the existing corporate area; and that
the Petitioners are the owners of one hundred per cent of the
assessed valuation of the real property located in said area to
be annexed; and

WHEREAS, Petitioners have made the aforementioned Petition
for Annexation expressly contingent upon approval by the Town of
Easton of the "C-3 Highway Commercial District" zoning
designation for the subject property;

[Pursuant to Section(s) 2 of the Charter of the Town of
Easton, Talbot County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date July 2, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 5078

WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation has been filed by
Harriett S. Brooks, pursuant to Section 19, Article 23A,
Annotated Code of Maryland; and,

WHEREAS, the Town of Easton has verified that the area
proposed to be annexed pursuant to said Petition is in fact
