the Petitioner is the owner of one hundred percent of the
assessed valuation of the real property located in said area to
be annexed; and

WHEREAS, Petitioner have made the aforementioned Petition
for Annexation expressly contingent upon approval by the Town of
Easton of the "I-1 Select Industrial District" zoning designation
for the subject property.

Charter Amendment No. 9-87

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of
Elkton adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XIE of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 19 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 1981 Replacement
Volume, 1985 Cum. Sup.) for the enlargement of the corporate
boundaries of said Town by the annexation of certain land
contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate area by
amending the provision of the Code of Cecil County, Maryland,
Chapter 27, which incorporates the Charter of the Town of Elkton
and constituting an amendment to the municipal charter of the
body politic and corporate known as the Town of Elkton.
