Corporate Boundaries of the City of Cumberland and thereby amend
the Charter of the City of Cumberland.

RESOLUTION NO. 94

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority contained in Article
HE of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and Section 13
of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations", as said Section was enacted by Chapter
423 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1955,
entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1966 EDITION), BY REPEALING SECTIONS 36
THROUGH 58B AND SECTION 235 OF SAID CHARTER AND ENACTING NEW
SECTIONS 36 THROUGH 52."

[Section(s) 36 through 58B, inclusive, and 235 of the
Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany County, as found in
the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed.

Section(s) 36 through 52, inclusive, of the Charter of the
City of Cumberland, Allegany County, as found in the compilation
of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.
