RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-6

A Resolution to amend Section 20 of the College Park Charter
so as to change from thirty (30) to forty-six (46) days prior to
election the time by which persons must file their petition and
change from twenty-five (25) to thirty-five (35) days prior to
election the time by which candidates must withdraw.

[Section 20 of the Charter of the City of College Park,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date October 28, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-7

A Resolution to amend Section 7 of the College Park Charter
to provide that the Clerk of the Court or his designee shall
administer the oath of office.

[Section 7 of the Charter of the City of College Park,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date September 30, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-8

A Resolution to amend Section 19 of the College Park Charter
to specify the time when run-off elections shall be held.

[Section 19 of the Charter of the City of College Park,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
