amendments.

Effective Date October 2, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-5C

A Resolution to amend Section 21 of the College Park Charter
pertaining to "Additional Registration and Election Provisions"
to provide for polls to be open from 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

[Section 21C of the Charter of the City of College Park,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date September 30, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-5D

A Resolution to amend Section 21 of the College Park Charter
pertaining to "Additional Registration and Election Provisions"
to provide for the reporting of election results to the Mayor and
Council.

[Section(s) 21D and E of the   Charter of the City of College

Park, Prince George's County,     as found in the compilation of

Municipal Charters of Maryland     (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date September 30, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-5E

A Resolution to amend Section 21 of the College Park Charter
pertaining to "Additional Registration and Election Provisions"
to provide that an "X" will be the only acceptable mark on
absentee ballots.

[Section 21E of the Charter of the City of College Park,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date September 30, 1987]
