RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-l

A Resolution of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar Manor,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland and Sections 12 and 13
of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland to amend Section
16-22 of the Charter of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar
Manor to authorize the Mayor and Town Council to levy and collect
real and personal property taxes within the Town of Colmar Manor,
providing a procedure for the establishment of the tax rates,
authorizing the establishment of annual tax rates; and
authorizing the Clerk-Treasurer to arrange for the preparation
and delivery of tax bills and the collection of taxes.
