6. HARFORD COUNTY;

(II) 1 MEMBER SHALL BE A RESIDENT OF 1 OF THE

3. QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY;
4. TALBOT COUNTY;
5. CAROLINE COUNTY;
6. DORCHESTER COUNTY;
7. WICOMICO COUNTY;
8. SOMERSET COUNTY; OR
9. WORCESTER COUNTY;
(III) 1 MEMBER SHALL BE A RESIDENT OF 1 OF THE

1. ST. MARY'S COUNTY;

2. CHARLES COUNTY; OR
3. CALVERT COUNTY;
(IV) 1 MEMBER SHALL BE A RESIDENT OF 1 OF THE
