WHICH ANY PAYMENT DUE UNDER THE BILLING STATEMENT MUST BE
RECEIVED BY THE INSURER IN ORDER FOR THE INSURANCE COVERAGE TO
CONTINUE WITHOUT PENALTY.

(B) AN INSURER MAY NOT USE ANY FALSE OR MISLEADING LANGUAGE
IN THE BILLING STATEMENT THAT INDUCES THE POLICYHOLDER TO PAY A
PREMIUM BEFORE IT IS ACTUALLY REQUIRED BY THE INSURER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Garrett County - Board of Election
Supervisors - County Commissioner Districts

FOR the purpose of requiring the Garrett County Board of
Supervisors of Elections to evaluate the population of the
Garrett County Commissioner districts following each
decennial census; and requiring the Election Board to make
recommendations to the Garrett County Delegation of the
General Assembly concerning the need, if any, to change the
boundaries in order to maintain districts of substantially
equal population.
